Chemical Plant Security Officer

Wage: $15.50/ hour

Schedule to include weekend hours

Full & part time openings available

• Driver certification required – valid OH DL required
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Ability to complete patrols
• Strong technology skills (cell phone/computer)
• Prior security/customer service experience a plus
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
• Must meet state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Conduct frequent patrols across a variety of locations, including standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking; may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines.
• Frequent lifting or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.

The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
