GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Wyoming Department of Corrections is committed to public safety and high correctional standards, as well as a safe, supportive working environment for our employees.
The Wyoming State Penitentiary is looking for a dedicated employee to provide support and guidance to incarcerated individuals and to help facilitate positive change. This position manages a caseload of inmates in a correctional facility, meeting with the assigned offenders regularly to review goals, programming, and assisting in the formation of parole, work release, and treatment plans.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree (typically in Social Services)
- 0-2 years of progressive work experience (typically in Casework)
- 3-5 years of progressive work experience (typically in Casework)
