What You’ll Do- Coordinate timely MDS assessments and ARDs
- Complete CAAs and care plan items
- Ensure documentation supports accurate MDS coding
- Participate in Medicare utilization management
- Required:
LPN or RN licensure + EMR proficiency - Preferred:
Long‑term care experience, RAI/MDS background, PCC experience
- Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance
