Full Time Shift Lead
Location: Rawlins Aquatics Center
Salary: $17.40 - $22.40 per hour
Start Date: Immediately
Job SummaryResponsibilities: Provide all users of the Aquatics Center with a safe, clean, and fun experience through direct patron surveillance, emergency response, routine cleaning and maintenance, and professional interactions. Conduct ARC Learn‑To‑Swim Classes to the nationally recognized standard and curriculum.
Qualifications- Good knowledge of life, safety, and health codes for public swimming pools.
- Familiarity with safety procedures for storing, handling, and using toxic chemicals.
- Minimum age 16.
Reports to: Aquatics Director, Assistant Aquatics Director, Shift Lead Aquatics Center
Supervises: None
Interrelationships: Patrons, co‑workers, District employees, and students.
