$5K Hiring Bonus Class A CDL Flatbed Regional Driver

Location:

Rawlins, WY. Pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54 per week (approximately $46,984.82 – $ per year, depending on experience, routes and attendance). Bonus: $5,000 paid in four $1,250 installments over 12 months of active employment.

Transport combustible safe goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional routes. Most weekends off.

• Drive a Class A CDL flatbed truck on regional routes.
• Secure and deliver freight safely and on schedule.
• Secure loads with tarps and ensure proper weight distribution.
• Maintain accurate logs and report any issues.
• Adhere to safety, company, and government regulations.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• At least 4 months of Class A flatbed driving experience (preferred one year).
• Clean driving record and no more than six job changes in the last three years.
• Background check, drug test, and clearinghouse clearance required.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot platform twice; will be tested during orientation.

• Potential tarp pay, stop pay, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay.
• Mileage rate: $0.57 – $0.71 per mile (depending on experience).
• Bonus payout schedule: 4 installments of $1,250 over 12 months of active employment.
