Air Conditioning Engineer

Position: Air Conditioning Engineer (Permanent)
Marble Talent Group are actively looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join a a growing Essex-based air conditioning company specialising in commercial and residential installations across Essex and London. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality workmanship, using reliable equipment, and supporting their engineers properly.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Installation Engineer to join their team on a long-term basis.

The Role

This position is primarily focused on installation and commissioning. Service experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

You will be working across a range of systems, including:

* Split systems

* Multi-split systems

* VRF / VRV systems (where applicable)

* Commercial and high-end residential installations

Requirements

Essential

* F-Gas Qualified (Category
1)

* Proven installation and commissioning experience

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Strong communication skills and professional site manner

Desirable (Not Essential)

* Manufacturer training or experience with Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, or Toshiba

* VRF / VRV installation experience
