** Key Responsibilities*
* + Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

+ Perform finishing processes: deburring, buffing, sanding, tumbling, and coating

+ Use hand tools and assist with light assembly

+ Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documentation

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

+ Support quality control and continuous improvement

** Qualifications*
* + High school diploma or GED required

+ Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or mechanical experience preferred

+ Ability to follow instructions and complete production paperwork

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

** Pay Details:**  $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
