River Woods Exeter seeks a compassionate RN or LPN for 3p-11p part-time shifts in our continuing care retirement community. You'll provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents during 3p-11p shift
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Monitor and document resident conditions and vital signs
• Implement and update individualized care plans
• Communicate with residents, families, and care team members
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulations
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Respond to changes in resident status and emergencies
• Support a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize resident outcomes
