RBG Inc. is seeking an In‑House Aerial Lift Technician to join our growing service team. This position is based at our facility and focuses on inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of bucket trucks and self‑propelled aerial lifts. All work is performed in-house in a shop environment.
No prior industry experience is required. We are looking for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, an eagerness to learn, and a commitment to quality and safety. Full training is provided by RBG Inc.
Technicians must supply their own basic hand tools; all major shop equipment is provided by the company.
Required Experience- No previous aerial lift or heavy equipment experience is required.
- Applicants must demonstrate mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
Skills & Qualifications
These are the qualities and abilities that will set you up for success:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment repair
- Willingness to learn hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and parts manuals (or willingness to learn)
- Basic understanding of hand tools and shop equipment
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace
- Forklift operation skills (or willingness to train; certification can be provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
These are the tasks you will perform as part of the in‑house service team:
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on bucket trucks and aerial lifts
- Assist with preventive maintenance and component replacements
- Use technical manuals and schematics to identify issues and complete repairs
- Document all work according to company procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with the service team to meet production and repair timelines
- Follow all OSHA, ANSI, and company safety standards

$25-35 per hour depending on experience with opportunity forgrowth
