At Westrock Orthodontics, we’re passionate about transforming lives through confident, lifelong smiles. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Orthodontic Assistant to join our clinical team. In this role, you'll help support our
** Lee's Summit, MO

** Raymore, MO
** locations. Working under the direct supervision of our licensed Orthodontists, you will play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional clinical care, keeping daily workflows efficient, and creating outstanding patient experiences every step of the way.  
** What You’ll Do**
* ** Clinical Assisting:
** Partner directly with the Orthodontist during examinations and treatments, placing and removing wires, coil springs, bands, and retainers.
* ** Patient Care &

Education:

** Guide patients through their treatment plans, instruct them on proper oral hygiene and appliance care, and keep them comfortable throughout their visits.
* ** Clinic Operations:
** Prepare operatories, sterilize equipment, perform digital scans, assist in fabricating customized appliances/retainers, and maintain accurate treatment notes.

* Experience:

** Prior experience in dental or orthodontic assisting is required.
* ** Knowledge:
** Deep familiarity with orthodontic terminology, procedures, and clinical appliances.
