As a Facilities Support Technician, you will maintain all housekeeping responsibilities for the facility's sanitation and cleanliness. In this position, you must possess a motivated, team‑player attitude, a positive demeanor, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to function well in a multitasking environment and pay close attention to details. You must also be able to work with individuals at all levels within the organization, including fellow employees, customers, and management.

• Partner with the operations team and housekeeping to maintain the facility's sanitation and cleanliness.
• Sweep and clean all stairs, walkways, signage, and common areas. As needed, utilize a floor sweeper and scrubber.
• Wipe down all handrails, cabinets, and ledges.
• Maintain trash cans, paper towel dispensers, soap dispensers, and hand sanitizers.
• Ensure that all employee areas, including time clocks and lockers, are regularly cleaned and well‑maintained.
• Partner with housekeeping contractor regarding canteen, office, and restroom cleanliness.
• Assist the Maintenance Department with scheduled shutdowns.
• Be willing to accept new and diverse assignments that are requested by the Supervisor.

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school degree or GED is preferred
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment
• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required

• Stand and walk throughout a shift
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements.
