Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training professional to join our team. As a Training Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our organization by coordinating and overseeing the Training Program for the site(s). In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and evaluation of training. This individual must have the ability to anticipate and solve problems and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a team-oriented leader with a track record of effectively collaborating with associates and leadership of all levels.

Role Responsibilities

* Communicate and uphold Company policies and procedures

* Oversee all training for new hires as well as tenured employees

* Monitor and report on training, productivity, and accuracy of new hires

* Maintain accurate training calendar, schedule and records

* Ensure new hire, re-training and cross training are completed in accordance with SOP's and work instructions

* Identify/develop candidates for promotion or for additional responsibilities

* Interact with management and cross-functional employees to resolve issues affecting operations

Support all other duties as assigned by operational leadership or as business requires

Role Qualifications

* 3 to 5 years in a similar role or similar role in fulfillment, distribution, manufacturing or call centers

* Bilingual Preferred

* Possess excellent communication skills and ability to explain tasks to others

* Proven ability to communicate with, support, and motivate employees to achieve operational objectives

* Able to operate department specific technology to execute and train on job tasks i.e. RF scanners or desktop computers and touchscreens

* Demonstrate the ability to manage change in an appropriate and effective manner and is a strong role model to the team

* Excellent verbal /written communication skills

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
Excel, Word, and Power Point

* Able to work with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements

* Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time

* Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl

* Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time

* Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights up to 50 pound

Pay Range

USD $60,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
