Take accountability for profitable operation of a designated shift under the General Manager;
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including health, wage, and ADA requirements;
Implement and enforce Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures;
Lead restaurant team to achieve superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness;
Assist GM with operations game plans and company initiatives;
Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under GM guidance;
Ensure required programs, reports, and legal documents are completed on schedule;
Represent Firehouse Subs in a professional manner;
Communicate issues to GM/Owner that may impact business;
Remain on feet for up to 13 hours; able to lift up to 50 lbs;
Perform other duties as assigned by GM/Owner
