As our RN Clinical Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care. You'll:

• Oversee and coordinate the delivery of nursing care within your assigned area.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our nursing staff.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
• ensure regulatory compliance.

• Current RN license in the state of Missouri.
• Proven experience in a clinical coordination or supervisory role.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for senior care and a commitment to providing compassionate service.
