- Master Patrol Officer Program
- Investigations
- School Resource Officer (SRO)
- Bike Patrol
- Drone Operations
- Child Safety Seat Inspections
- Raymore’s own Police Shooting Range
We believe in building trust and relationships every day through events like:

- Touch a Truck
- Child car seat safety inspections
- Partnerships with schools & local businesses
- 3-day weekend every other week (14–15 workdays/month, with overtime opportunities)
- 192 hours PTO in years 1–4
- City-funded retirement plan (LAGERS L-6) with early retirement options
- $5,000 hiring incentive for POST-certified officers
All duty gear and uniform cleaning provided (plus additional $200 annual duty gear allowance) - Arm tattoos and well groomed facial hair permitted. (Subject to approval)
- U.S. Citizen, 21+ years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- POST certified or currently enrolled in the academy
- Valid driver’s license
- Must successfully pass all phases of the hiring process
- False statements or withheld information
- Felony conviction (ever) or commission of a felony in the last 5 years
- Poor work history, reputation, or military/education record
- Current probation, parole, or diversion
- DUI in last 5 years, repeated serious traffic violations/accidents
- Illegal drug use, sale, or abuse of controlled substances
