Overview
CDL-A Reefer Driver Job - Raymore, Missouri. Magnum is hiring CDL-A OTR Solo Company Drivers.
Our top drivers earned over $100,000 in 2025. This position is for over-the-road (OTR) solo drivers with no local routes.
Compensation & Benefits- OTR pay: top drivers over $100,000 (2024 data) and typical earnings between $75,000 – $100,000+
- Average miles: 2,500–3,000 weekly
- Weekly guaranteed pay
- 100% no-touch freight
- Orientation pay: $180/day and $500 upon completion
- Passengers & pets allowed
- Flexible home time
- Paid for all dispatched miles (loaded and empty)
- Newer Peterbilt 579s and Freightliner Cascadia tractors
- Inverters/APU
- Bluetooth functionality
- Fridge included
- Double bunks
- Reefer trailers
- On-site maintenance
