We are seeking a friendly, safe, and dependable Part-Time Driver to join our team at Foxwood Springs!

In this key role, you will transport our senior residents safely to local medical appointments, group shopping trips, errands, and scheduled community outings. If you enjoy driving, possess a warm personality, and take pride in brightening the day of older adults, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

• Safe Transportation: Operate community vehicles (vans, mini-buses, passenger cars) safely to transport residents to scheduled medical appointments, shopping centers, and recreational activities.

• Resident Assistance: Help residents safely enter and exit community vehicles, offering physical assistance, managing mobility devices (wheelchairs, walkers), and handling personal belongings with care.

• Vehicle Care & Inspections: Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections; maintain vehicle cleanliness, report maintenance needs, and keep fuel levels topped off.

• Schedule & Route Management: Follow daily transportation schedules, maintain accurate driver logs, and adapt smoothly to schedule adjustments or local traffic conditions.

• Hospitality & Safety: Foster a warm, welcoming environment during trips while adhering strictly to speed limits, traffic safety laws, and community safety guidelines.

• Licensure: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Class E or Chauffeur's license preferred/required based on vehicle classification and MO guidelines).

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of safe driving experience (experience driving passenger vans or working in senior care/customer service preferred).

• Physical Ability: Comfortable bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, securing wheelchairs, and assisting seniors with physical mobility.
