Press Break Operator

Rayne, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator – Night Shift (Weekend) to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brake equipment to form sheet metal components to precise specifications. The ideal candidate has strong experience with CNC press brakes, preferably Amada, and is comfortable working a weekend night shift schedule.

• Set up and operate CNC press brakes (Amada preferred) to form sheet metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate part production
• Perform quality inspections of finished parts to verify conformance to specifications
• Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed to maintain precision and efficiency
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety policies and procedures while working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC press brakes (Amada experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of metal forming and sheet metal fabrication processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable and able to commit to weekend night shift schedule

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12-hour shifts)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and moving equipment
