What You'll Be Doing
  • Support purchasing and inventory management activities
  • Create and maintain reports using Excel
  • Track purchase orders and follow up with suppliers
  • Monitor inventory levels and help ensure material availability
  • Communicate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and shortages
  • Maintain accurate records and planning spreadsheets
  • Assist with production planning and supply chain coordination
  • Support operational projects and process improvements
  • Provide updates to internal teams regarding incoming materials
  • Help resolve supply and inventory issues as they arise
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of administrative, office support, customer service, operations, inventory, or supply chain experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, outgoing personality
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • ERP experience is a plus but not required
