Salary Range: $18.00 To $25.00 Annually
Mastria Automotive is seeking a dependable and motivated Lot Attendant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a fast-paced dealership environment.
As a Lot Attendant, you play an important role in creating a positive first impression for our customers by helping maintain an organized, clean, and professional dealership appearance.

- Maintain the appearance and organization of new and used vehicle inventory
- Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership, service drive, and storage areas
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for display or customer delivery
- Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer pickups
- Perform routine lot checks and report any vehicle damage or maintenance concerns
Install license plates, dealer decals, and other vehicle accessories as needed - Keep the lot, parking, and dealership grounds clean and presentable
- Assist sales and service departments with vehicle transportation and other tasks as needed
- Support dealership events and special projects
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day
- Previous automotive or dealership experience is a plus but not required
