The ability to effectively and accurately diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles is a must. A positive attitude and your own tools are also requirements. Emissions tester or ASE certifications a plus.

- Ability to repair vehicles independently while working well in a team environment.
- Knowledge in automotive brakes, exhaust, suspension, & engine diagnostics.
- Track record of high personal productivity.
- Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities.
- Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, tire balancers, wheel alignment equipment, etc.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical degree or ASE certifications a definite plus.
- Valid driver’s license that meets insurance guidelines.
- Personally owned tools required to complete jobs independently.
