This opportunity is designed for an established technician with professional, hands-on automotive repair experience who is ready to bring their skills to a busy dealership environment. This is not an entry-level technician position.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Mazda and other vehicle makes and models
• Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repairs
• Complete scheduled maintenance and multi-point inspections
• Identify necessary repairs and communicate recommendations clearly with service advisors
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
• Stay current on Mazda technical information, manufacturer updates, and service bulletins
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship, productivity, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Previous professional automotive technician experience required
• This is not an entry-level position
• Dealership experience strongly preferred
• Mazda or other manufacturer training/certifications a plus
• ASE certifications preferred
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Commitment to quality, efficiency, and doing the job right
• Positive, professional, team-first attitude
