Meeting Planner
We are looking for a Meeting Planner to join our dynamic team within our Life Sciences Division. In this client facing role, you will act as the event planning lead on each meeting. You will collaborate with peers and vendors alike to ensure each event is executed flawlessly and compliantly from site selection, to registration, to menu planning through onsite execution and budget reconciliation and everything in between.
In the fast‑paced environment, you will manage events on time, on budget and within compliance guidelines.
Note:
this office‑based position is in Raynham, MA.
- Act as the main point of contact for your client, and ensure all milestones are clearly communicated and met.
- Work with your client and peers on procuring an ideal and compliant venue for each event.
- Partner with your teammates to create clear & simple attendee communications and registration websites, and develop a well‑timed and accurate communication plan.
- Communicate effectively with all hotel & vendor partners, handling hotel rooms, room sets, AV/Production needs, offsite and team building events, ground transportation, signage and more.
- Ensure all customer HCP compliance requirements are adhered to.
- Ensure everyone, from client to attendee to staff member, has a positive and memorable experience from invitation stage through onsite and departure.
- Excellent communication with clients, owning the room and conveying confidence, knowledge of best practices in events, and maintaining a professional presence.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt, and problem‑solve calmly under pressure in a collaborative environment.
- Establish long‑lasting professional relationships with clients, co‑workers, and vendors.
- Deep understanding of compliance:
Meal Caps, State & Country Laws, and Transfer Of Value reporting. - Proficient with Cvent, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A college degree from a 4‑year institution.
- Background coordinating corporate meetings and events.

Salary RangeWe carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Planner, Professional Education is between $60,000 - $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
