You're Good At:
- Managing multiple meetings and programs at once, from registration through onsite execution and final billing/reconciliation
- Building strong client relationships, leading day-to-day communication, and guiding clients on best practices, compliance, and cost savings
- Owning budgets, timelines, reporting, and vendor coordination while keeping every detail accurate and on track
- Overseeing event logistics like websites, attendee management, room sets, audiovisual, transportation, VIP needs, signage, and special events
- Staying calm under pressure, solving problems quickly, and working independently while collaborating well with internal teams and suppliers
You Might Also Have:
- A bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of meeting or program planning experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management
- Firsthand experience with domestic and international group travel, plus strong travel industry and destination knowledge
- Pharma experience, Cvent experience, or CMP certification
You Should Know:
- This is a HYBRID role and will require work in the following locations:
West Chester, PA;
Raynham, MA;
Palm Beach Gardens, FL. - This role has a travel requirement of up to 25%.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:
Less than 25%. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Planner is between $60,000 - $78,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
