Meeting Planner
We are looking for a Meeting Planner to join our dynamic team within our Life Sciences Division. In this client-facing role, you will act as the event planning lead on each meeting. You will collaborate with peers and vendors alike to ensure each event is executed flawlessly and compliantly, from site selection to registration, menu planning, onsite execution, and budget reconciliation.
Location: Raynham, MA (office-based position).
Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for your client and ensure all milestones are clearly communicated and met.
- Work with your client and peers to procure an ideal and compliant venue for each event.
- Partner with teammates to create clear and simple attendee communications and registration websites, and develop a well-timed communications plan.
- Communicate effectively with hotel and vendor partners, handling rooms, room sets, AV/Production needs, offsite and team-building events, ground transportation, signage, and more.
- Ensure all customer HCP compliance requirements are adhered to.
- Ensure a positive and memorable experience for all parties from invitation to departure.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to establish confidence and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, stay calm under pressure, and solve problems.
- Skill in building long-lasting professional relationships with clients, coworkers, and vendors.
- Knowledge of compliance issues such as meal caps, state and country laws, and transfer-of-value reporting.
- Proficiency with Cvent, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A college degree from a 4-year institution.
- Background coordinating corporate meetings and events.
- Ability to travel for programs.

Travel Requirements: Less than 25%.
Salary range may be between $60,000 and $75,000, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and project budget.
