Job Overview
The Business Operations Analyst supports the effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement of business operations across E&PS, Global Real Estate, Facilities Management, and Corporate Operations. This role partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to analyze operational data, improve processes, and support governance, reporting, and performance management activities.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to support decision‑making across E&PS, Global Real Estate, Facilities, and Corporate Operations.
- Support development and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and recurring management reports to track KPIs and operational outcomes.
- Assist in documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service delivery.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinate initiatives, and support operational planning activities.
- Support governance activities, including meeting preparation, action tracking, and follow‑up on key operational initiatives.
- Contribute to project planning and execution, including timeline tracking, issue escalation, and risk identification.
- Prepare clear, concise presentations and written materials for leadership audiences.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. - Experience:
2‑4 years of relevant work experience in business operations, analytics, consulting, or a related role. - Skills:
Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment, demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality. - Preferred:
Experience supporting enterprise operations, facilities, real estate, or shared services organizations; familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar); experience with dashboards, KPIs, or business intelligence tools; exposure to project management practices or tools; ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and global teams; strong written and verbal communication skills. - Other:
Language requirements:
None. Travel:
Limited; up to 10%, primarily domestic. - Certifications:
Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management certifications preferred but not required.
