DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Manager, 3rd Party Vendor Relationships located in Raynham, MA;
West Chester, PA;
Raritan, NJ;
Palm Beach Gardens, FL;
Warsaw, IN; or Colombia. The successful candidate will lead strategy and day‑to‑day management of third‑party vendor relationships that support HR operations.

• Oversee service delivery from third‑party HR vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and policies
• Develop, implement, and manage service level agreements (SLAs) across financial, operational, and quality metrics
• Monitor vendor performance through data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics to ensure contractual obligations are met
• Lead regular business reviews with vendors to assess performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance) to manage vendor relationships and resolve issues
• Conduct audits and evaluations of vendor services, including user satisfaction and compliance to policies and standards
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and service enhancements using vendor spend and performance data
• Support contract lifecycle management, including negotiations, renewals, and changes to scope or services
• Ensure adherence to internal policies including Procurement, Finance, Quality Assurance, and Ethics & Compliance requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field)
• • Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred

• • Minimum 6‑8 years of relevant experience in vendor management, outsourcing, HR operations, or related field at manager level
• • Experience managing third‑party vendors, including performance management and contract oversight
• • Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs and vendor governance practices
• • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
• • Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
• • Strong problem‑solving, communication and organizational skills
• • Knowledge of compliance, risk management and audit practices related to vendor services
• • Preferred:
  Experience supporting HR functions (benefits administration, payroll, talent services) through outsourced vendors
• • Preferred:
  Background in healthcare, medical device or regulated environments
• • Preferred:
  Familiarity with procurement and contract management processes
• • Preferred:
  Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
• • Preferred:
  Experience leading vendor transformation or optimization initiatives
• • Preferred:
  Proficiency with analytics tools and reporting platforms

• Travel:
  Up to 10‑15% (domestic)
• Certifications (preferred):
  Certified Professional in Supply Management, SHRM‑CP/SCP or vendor management certifications
• No additional language requirements

Base pay range: $102,000 – $204,000 USD per year.
