This senior global role owns the definition and execution of Enterprise Risk Management and Business & Supply Continuity strategies for DePuy Synthes' Global Supply Chain.  This position will be responsible for leading the global strategy, governance, and programs that strengthen supply chain resilience, protect continuity of supply, and ensure organizational readiness for disruptions. This leader partners across regions, franchises, and enabling functions to identify risks, drive mitigation and recovery strategies, and embed continuity capabilities into end-to-end supply chain operations.  

The role has high enterprise visibility and directly influences how the organization anticipates risk, responds to disruption, and embeds continuity capabilities into end‑to‑end supply chain operations.
