Duties

Engage with potential customers via phone and email to promote dealership services and products.

Answer inbound calls in designated order.

Make outbound calls in order to follow up with service appointment opportunities, confirm appointments, and other serviced-related calls.

Schedule appointments for service department.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with efficient turnaround.

Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service activities to support the service team.

Collaborate with the dealership team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.

Utilize strong public speaking skills to present information clearly and effectively during customer interactions.

Complete daily work plans set by your manager.

Qualifications Experience in customer service, within a dealership environment a plus.

Proficient computer and phone skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

Bilingual proficiency preferred but not requiredA proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
