NX CAM Programmer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skill

* Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings,

* Understanding Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards,

* 5+ years of hand on experience in NX CAM programming

* Experience in working for Medical Devices is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

* Developing CNC machining programs:
Utilizing Siemens NX software to create toolpaths and optimize machining processes

* Interpreting technical drawings:
Analyzing job orders, drawings, blueprints, specifications, and design data to select appropriate machine tools and tooling.

* Working closely with engineers and machinists to produce high-quality parts while minimizing waste and machining time.

* Monitoring machining activities to ensure cycle time matches with CAM programming and optimizing CNC programs for various machining operations.

* Collaborate with stakeholders regularly for status updates and technical discussions, issue mitigation

* Prepare protocols and reports as per the procedure

* Engineering Change Management

Salary Range $80,000-$100,000
