Job Title: Montessori Guide (Part-Time, Weekday Mornings)

Location: Petal Path Montessori Academy – Raynham, MA

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

Job Description: Petal Path Montessori Academy is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Montessori Guide to lead our weekday morning program. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about child‑led learning and creating a calm, engaging environment where children can explore and grow.

Our program is Montessori‑inspired and focuses on independence, hands‑on learning, and fostering a love of exploration in young children.

• Guide children through a structured yet flexible Montessori‑inspired morning
• Prepare and maintain a calm, organized classroom environment
• Support children in developing independence, social skills, and engagement
• Facilitate age‑appropriate activities rooted in hands‑on learning
• Communicate effectively with team members and families as needed

• Experience working with young children (required)
• Montessori experience or training preferred but not required
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Warm, patient, and reliable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
