Petal Path Montessori Academy is looking for a warm, engaging, and reliable Preschool Teacher to join our growing team. This is a part‑time position with the opportunity to transition into a full‑time role in September as we expand programming.

We are a boutique Montessori‑inspired early childhood program focused on child‑led learning, hands‑on exploration, creativity, and building meaningful relationships with children and families. We are looking for someone who is energetic, collaborative, nurturing, and excited to help create a beautiful learning environment for young children.

• Supporting children through play‑based and hands‑on learning experiences
• Assisting with daily classroom routines and transitions
• Creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment
• Encouraging social‑emotional development and independence
• Collaborating with teachers and leadership to support classroom activities
• Maintaining classroom organization and cleanliness

• EEC Teacher certification preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for early childhood education
• Montessori knowledge or interest is a plus
