Job Overview
Office/Deliver EHSS Specialist – US FSN supports the execution and delivery of Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) and Sustainability services within the Global Real Estate, Facilities Management & Corporate Operations organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Support day-to-day delivery of EH&S and sustainability services across assigned facilities, ensuring alignment with company standards and policies.
- Complete and submit Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) regulatory agency applications, permits, and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead EH&S compliance activities such as documentation, reporting, audits, inspections, and corrective action tracking.
- Coordinate facilities, equipment, and operations inspections to identify and evaluate risk factors and eliminate potential hazards and/or hazardous processes.
- Administer EH&S-based education programs, from employee safety training programs to site-specific certification courses.
- Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and records related to facilities operations, sustainability metrics, and EH&S programs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Facilities, EH&S, Sustainability, and Corporate Operations teams) to support initiatives and resolve operational issues.
- Support sustainability and environmental programs, including waste, energy, and resource management activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and recommending practical solutions.
Education
:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Studies, or a related field preferred.
Experience and Skills Required
:
Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant EH&S experience or a related field. Experience with EH&S regulations, sustainability programs, or environmental reporting. Experience supporting administrative, operational, or service delivery activities in a corporate environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word). Ability to follow established procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
Preferred
:
Experience working in facilities management, EH&S, sustainability, or corporate operations environments. Experience coordinating with vendors or service providers. Experience leading audits, inspections, or compliance-related activities. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Other Language:
English proficiency required.
Travel:
Limited; occasional travel may be required (10-15%).
Certifications:
None required; EH&S or facilities-related certifications are a plus.

Base pay range: 79,000.00 – USD annually.
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
- Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year
- Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours for Colorado residents, 56 hours for Washington residents)
- Holiday pay, including floating holidays – 13 days per calendar year
- Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year
- Parental leave – 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care
- Bereavement leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
- Caregiver leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period; 10 days
- Volunteer leave – 32 hours per calendar year
- Military spouse time-off – 80 hours per calendar year
