Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager

Location:

Raynham, MA (option to sit in Peabody, MA).

Pay range: $130,000 - $160,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to complete engineering tasks such as airspace and earthwork volume calculations, prepare and review technical reports, design stormwater, leachate, and landfill gas collection systems, perform geotechnical analyses, prepare landfill grading plans, and project details/specifications.
  • Develop proposals, project budgets and schedules; manage engineering staff and quality control.
  • Interact with clients, contractors, and local/state government officials across conceptual, design, regulatory review, bidding, and construction phases.
  • Partner with management to mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and set development goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to customize individual career paths through professional development, mentoring, project management, leadership, and business development activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in civil engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
  • Professional Engineer licensure (P.E.) required or ability to obtain.
  • Expertise in technical software and civil engineering technology:
    AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydraulic/hydrologic modeling software, geotechnical modeling software.
  • Experience developing scope of service, budget proposals, and managing projects profitably.
  • Experience communicating with staff, clients, contractors, and government regulatory officials.
  • Ability to coordinate regulatory agency review processes.
