Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer

Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a Contract with a client in Raynham, MA. This role will develop and implement manufacturing processes while supporting validation, documentation, and regulatory compliance activities.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $47/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, including specifications, operator instructions, and production readiness.
• Write and execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) and generate detailed technical documentation.
• Conduct process studies, root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Update procedures, manufacturing specifications, and PLM documentation for product and process changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align validation strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support equipment commissioning and work with suppliers to define user requirements and technical standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering within a regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience with process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), technical writing, and FDA-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, root cause analysis, and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $47.00 per hour
