Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
" A minimum of a Bachelor s degree is required with a focus in engineering, science, or business preferred.
" Six Sigma/Process Excellence and/or Project Management/PMP/FPX certification preferred
" A minimum of six (6) years of work experience in supply chain, operations, engineering or quality function is required, preferred within a regulated environment
" Experience leading projects is required
" Experience leading cross-functional teams is required
" Experience interacting with domestic and international suppliers is required
"

Experience with S&OP / IBP is preferred
" Change management in regulated operational environments is preferred (ERP & PLM systems)
" Proven ability to successfully lead large complex programs is required
" Strong communication and management influence skills are required
" Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience is preferred
" This position may require up to 20% Domestic and International travel.
