The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. The Positions:
DePuy Synthes is looking for 10 Co-Ops for the Spring 2027 cycle. The co-ops will be split among 5 different departments each with their own unique contributions to the site’s value streams: 3 Co-Ops will be assigned to the Operations Department as part of the engineering support network that helps keep products flowing through the facility, as well as Manufacturing Process team to improve and optimize existing manufacturing processes 2 Co-Ops will support The End-to-End Project team with Engineering and Capital Equipment Projects such as equipment validations and New Product Introductions (NPI) 1 Co-Op will be assigned to the BEX Team to support the key continuous improvement programs for the site 3 Co-op will be assigned to the Operations Department across three value streams (Forming, Transforming, and…
