* DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr. Manager, Int/Ext Reports, Models, located in Raynham, MA, West Chester, Pennsylvania, and Raritan, NJ, United States.

This role is a senior leadership position responsible for the strategy, governance, and delivery of internal and external reporting and analytical models that support business performance, compliance, and executive decision‑making. The Sr. Manager will play a critical role in ensuring reporting accuracy, consistency, and transparency while advancing scalable, forward‑looking analytics that inform strategic priorities across DePuy Synthes. This position offers the opportunity to influence how data and insights are used across the organization during a period of transformation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead the design, development, and ongoing governance of internal and external reporting frameworks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

+ Oversee the creation and maintenance of financial, operational, and analytical modelsthat support forecasting, planning, and strategic decision‑making.

+ Partner cross‑functionally with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to align reporting outputs with businessobjectivesand stakeholder needs.

+ Translate complex data into clear, executive‑ready insights and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.

+ Establish and enforce data quality standards, controls, and documentation to ensure audit‑ready reporting and sustainable processes.

+ Drive continuous improvement byidentifyingopportunities to streamline reporting processes, automate workflows, and enhance analytical capabilities.

+ Lead, coach, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

_Education_

+

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, ora related field.

+ Preferred:

Master's degree (MBA, MS in Analytics, Finance, or similar).

_Experience and Skills_

Required:

+ Typically8-10 yearsof progressive experienceinreporting, analytics, financial modeling, or a related discipline, withdemonstratedleadership responsibility.

+ Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret large, complex data sets.

+ Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.

+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Preferred:

+ Experience supporting regulated or public‑company reporting environments.

+ Advancedproficiencywith reporting, visualization, and modeling tools (e.g., BI platforms, financial planning systems).

+ Proven experience delivering executive‑level internal and external reports in a complex, matrixed organization.

+ Experience driving process standardization and automation initiatives.

+ Prior experience within Med Tech, healthcare, or a similarly regulated industry.
