* DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr. Manager, Business Ops / Finance, located in Raynham, MA or in West Chester, PA or Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Warsaw, IN or Raritan, NJ.

Job Overview

This role provides strategic and operational finance leadership to support business performance, decision-making, and long-range planning within DePuy Synthes. The Sr. Manager, Business Ops / Finance partners closely with cross‑functional and senior leaders to drive financial rigor, improve processes, and enable sustainable growth. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on business results, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support short‑andlong-termbusinessobjectives.

+ Partner with business and functional leaders toprovidefinancial insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations that drive performance.

+ Oversee management reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, controls, and operational efficiency.

+ Support strategic initiatives, including investment evaluations, cost optimization, and business case development.

+ Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.

+ Lead and developfinancetalent, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

Qualifications

Education:

_

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, ora related field (required).

+ MBA or advanced degree (preferred).

Experience and Skills:

_

Required:

+ Minimum8-10 yearsof progressive experience in finance, business operations, or related roles.

+ Demonstrated experience in financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting.

+ Proven ability to partner withcross‑functional stakeholders and influence at the senior leadership level.

+ Experience leading teams and developing talent in a matrixed environment.

+ Solid understanding of internal controls, compliance, and financial governance.

Preferred:

+ Experience supporting a global ormulti‑businessorganization.

+ Background in medical devices, life sciences, ora regulated industry.

+ Experience driving process improvements or finance transformation initiatives.

+ Advanced financial modeling and scenario planning capabilities.

+ Prior experience partnering with operations, supply chain, or commercial teams.

+ Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Other:

+ Language:
English (required).

+ Travel:

Limited; up to 10-20%, primarily domestic.

+

Certifications:

CPA, CMA, or similar (preferred).
