Job Overview

Eligible visitors to physical financial centers will be responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The role includes accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions, having deep conversations with clients to understand their financial goals, and connecting them to solutions that meet these priorities.

The position also involves executing the bank’s risk culture, managing cash responsibilities, and driving a high‑quality client experience.

• Minimum six months of cash‑handling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (business management, business administration, or finance).

• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

• Pay range: $25.00 - $26.77 hourly, determined based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
• Locations: 355 N Main St – Mansfield, BC (MA6282); 692 Depot St – Easton Five Corners, BC (MA6304); 300 Route 44 – Raynham, BC (MA6261).
