Gwen Mireille Salon & Spa is growing, and we're looking for an experienced stylist who wants more than just a place to do hair.

We're looking for someone who loves this industry, is committed to continuing their education, values being part of a team, and wants to build a sustainable career in a supportive salon environment.

An existing clientele is preferred, but we also understand that the right stylist may be rebuilding, relocating, or simply ready for a change. We care about what you've built AND where you want to go next.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Hold an active Massachusetts cosmetology license
• Have professional salon experience
• Have an existing clientele or established client relationships
• Are committed to continuing education
• Take pride in your consultations and guest experience
• Communicate professionally, with transparency and kindness with both guests and teammates
• Are reliable and accountable
• Want to contribute to a team rather than simply rent space within one
• Are interested in continuing to grow professionally and financially
• Value an inclusive, welcoming salon environment
