Job DescriptionJohnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Director, Value Stream Leader, Spine Digital, MIS and Biomaterials to sit in Raynham, MA or Zuchwil, Switzerland.
We are seeking a dynamic leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global supply chain operations. Reporting to the Vice President of Spine, Sports, and CMFT Supply Chain, you will lead the end-to-end supply chain execution of our Spine Biomaterials & Biologics, MIS & Degen, and Enabling Tech business
, driving contemporary best practices in manufacturing and supply chain techniques on a global scale. You will be instrumental in integrating acquired entities into our established framework, ensuring seamless operations and innovation.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
