Senior Regional IT Operations & Service Governance Lead IntroductionAs a Senior Regional IT Operations & Service Governance Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing multi-site IT infrastructure operations across North America. This role requires deep experience in ITIL, IT Service Management (ITSM), Infrastructure Operations, Service Governance, SLA Management, Vendor Management, and Major Incident Management.
Responsibilities- Lead IT Operations, IT Service Governance, and Infrastructure Service Delivery
- Own Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management (ITIL)
- Lead Major Incident (P1/P2) Management & Root Cause Analysis
- Drive SLA Governance, KPI Reporting, and Continuous Service Improvement
- Oversee Network Infrastructure, Server Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications
- Manage Vendor Governance and Third-Party SLA Compliance
- Ensure Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity, Capacity Planning
- Support Cloud Governance (AWS, Azure) and Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Lead Carve-Outs, Business Separations, Enterprise Transitions
