DePuy Synthes is recruiting a Sr. Manager, Reports/Analysis/Prod located in Raynham, Massachusetts. The Sr. Manager, Reports/Analysis/Prod plays a critical leadership role within the Invoice to Cash (I2C) organization, driving data‑driven decision‑making through advanced reporting, analytics, and production insights. This role partners closely with global and regional stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable intelligence that supports operational excellence, financial performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, governance, and delivery of standardized and ad‑hoc reporting and analytics supporting I2C and related operational processes.
- Translate complex operational and financial data into clear insights and executive‑ready dashboards to support strategic and tactical decision‑making.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT) to ensure alignment of data definitions, metrics, and reporting standards.
- Oversee production reporting processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across systems and geographies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within I2C performance metrics.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts and reporting professionals, fostering a high‑performance and inclusive culture.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support system enhancements, automation, and analytics transformation initiatives in partnership with digital and technology teams.
- Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. - Preferred:
Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
- Typically 8-10 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, finance operations, or related functions, with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
- Strong experience developing and managing complex reports, dashboards, and analytical models.
- Experience leading teams and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong understanding of operational and financial processes, preferably within I2C or order‑to‑cash environments.
- Advanced proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., BI platforms, Excel, enterprise systems).
- Experience in a global, highly regulated, or medical device/pharmaceutical environment.
- Exposure to data governance, automation, and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Change management or transformation experience supporting large‑scale process or system improvements.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise data architectures.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights for senior leaders.
- Language:
English required; additional languages a plus. - Travel:
Up to ~10–15%, primarily domestic. - Certifications:
Analytics, finance, or project management certifications preferred but not required.
