Senior Manager, ERP Quality – Global Product Lead Purpose

• Lead process standardization and design for Quality on SAP S/4 for Med Tech Supply Chain Digital’s transformation to harmonize 40+ MT ERP systems and standardize Plan/Source/Make/Quality/Deliver.

• Plan and execute Quality process design, build, test, and adoption activities.
• Use process design methodology (templates/tools/controls/cadence) to deliver scoped solutions.
• Review/approve process decisions and builds for Global Template compliance.
• Define, document, and align capabilities across business and technical groups.
• Approve end-user business adoption mitigations; handle deviations from standard ERP/template with leadership approvals.
• Partner with Process Integration, IT, master data, PMO, and business adoption teams to deliver program results, including data configuration and change/training.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years Quality business experience (e.g., LIMS, non‑conformance/events/CAPA/audit management).
• 5+ years Operations/Supply Chain/large transformation experience.
• 5+ years implementing SAP projects focused on SAP QM.
• Hands‑on SAP lifecycle experience (scoping through support).
• Experience leading operational technological processes globally; influence and customer‑facing leadership; govern cross‑functional decisions; deploy standardized work processes/tools/templates; manage timelines in multi-ERP environments.

• GxP and SOX familiarity; PMP/APICS/Lean‑Six Sigma; data analytics for trends/risk; regulatory/quality standards application; continuous improvement in governance/compliance.

• English fluency required; up to 25% travel.
