Technology Senior Manager – Finance Datahub

Role

Summary:

Serve as the technology product owner for enterprise finance data hub supporting FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Controllership and the SAP master data governance platform. Partner with Finance, master data leaders, and IT delivery teams to define product strategy, translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, and ensure reliable, compliant, and value‑driven systems.

• Own product vision, roadmap, and operations for finance data platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate requirements into clear functional and technical outcomes.
• Lead planning, design, implementation, and transformation of core finance data platforms including SAP BW4
  
  HANA, SAP S4 Finance, Central Finance, SAP Group Reporting, and SAP Master Data Governance.
• Make prioritization decisions balancing regulatory, operational, and strategic initiatives to maximize business value and meet critical Day 1 and TSA exit separation objectives.
• Oversee delivery of enhancements and system improvements in collaboration with internal IT teams and external vendors.
• Ensure applications comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial and data governance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through process simplification, automation, and modernization of finance technologies.
• Monitor system performance, risks, and dependencies, proactively addressing issues for stability and reliability.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to product team members and cross‑functional partners.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field;
  Master’s degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
• Experience:
  
  8–10 years in IT, technology product management at a senior manager level, with proven experience planning, designing, delivering and supporting finance data and master data governance platforms.
• Technical:
  Strong background in SAP BW4
  
  HANA, SAP Data Integration (SLT, SDI), SAP Master Data Governance, and SAP S4 Finance. Preferred experience with SAP Cloud Data Warehouse/Data Sphere, SAP BDC, integration with downstream platforms such as Data Bricks, Snowflake, AWS, and applied AI data platform solutions.
• Skills:
  
  Ability to translate complex business requirements into technology solutions; leadership of cross‑functional teams; influencing senior stakeholders; understanding of financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
• Preferred:
  Experience driving technology transformation or finance modernization initiatives, leading on‑shore and offshore teams, and working in agile or product‑centric delivery models.
• Language:
  English proficiency required.
• Travel:
  Up to 10–15% domestic and occasional international.
• Preferred
  
  Certifications:
  
  Product Owner, Agile, PMP, or relevant finance/IT certifications.

Base salary range: $122,000 – $212,750.
