MES Cutover Manager in Raynham Center, Massachusetts

What You Will Do At Sogeti

Collaborate closely with Manufacturing business process owners to understand their requirements and readiness for system changes.

Develop and execute comprehensive cutover plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate and manage all cutover activities, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders.

Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues related to the cutover process, developing contingency plans as needed.

Oversee the execution of testing, training, and deployment activities for new or updated MFG systems.

Conduct post-cutover reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Ensure all documentation related to the cutover process is complete and accurate.

Provide regular status updates to project leadership and stakeholders.

What You Will Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on system implementations and cutovers, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems (e.g., ERP, MES, WMS)

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

Must be able to work onsite 4 days per week
