Digital / Systems Insight Lead – DePuy Synthes (Locations: Raynham, MA; West Chester, PA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Warsaw, IN; Raritan, NJ)
Job OverviewThe Digital / Systems Insight Lead plays a critical role in advancing data‑driven decision making across Global Real Estate, Facilities Management, and Corporate Operations. The position partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions, actionable insights, and standardized processes. The role has enterprise‑level impact, enabling improved performance, efficiency, and transparency across a complex, global operating environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of digital and systems‑based solutions that support Global RE, FM, and Corporate Operations objectives.
- Partner with business, technology, and domain leaders to translate operational requirements into system insights, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Drive standardization, adoption, and continuous improvement of digital tools, platforms, and processes across the enterprise.
- Provide program oversight for initiatives spanning multiple technologies, platforms, and functional stakeholders.
- Analyze system and user data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Support business case development and value realization for digital investments and enhancements.
- Guide and mentor colleagues through consultation, collaborative leadership, and functional (matrix) supervision.
- Contribute to department‑wide process improvements, governance standards, and training initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or MS) preferred.
Required Experience and Skills
- Typically requires 3–5 years of relevant work experience in digital systems, analytics, or enterprise technology roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and delivering digital or systems‑based solutions at scale.
- Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into clear business recommendations.
- Experience partnering with business and technology stakeholders to shape solution design and execution.
- Proven skills in program oversight, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to drive standardization and adoption of new tools and processes across diverse teams.
Preferred
- Experience supporting Real Estate, Facilities Management, or Corporate Operations functions.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms, data visualization tools, and performance management systems.
- Experience applying structured value realization or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Prior experience in a global, matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated people leadership or mentoring experience.

Limited; up to 10%, primarily domestic.
Certifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, analytics or systems certifications) preferred but not required.
Anticipated base pay range: 79,000.00 – USD per year.
Employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
- Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year
- Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in Colorado – 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in Washington – 56 hours per calendar year
- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year
- Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year
- Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
- Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
- Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period; 10 days
- Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
- Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
