Overview
Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) is seeking a Manager, Reporting & Analytics in Raynham, MA, within the Strategy & Transformation organization. The role collaborates with Global Supply Chain & Operations to develop executive‑level analytics, insights, and reporting, enabling data‑driven decision‑making across supply chain strategy, operations, and performance. The position reports to the Strategy & Transformation function and partners with global senior stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights and improve visibility of performance across the end‑to‑end supply chain.
Responsibilities- Lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of global supply chain reporting and analytics frameworks to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
- Translate business and transformation priorities into clear analytics requirements and performance metrics aligned to Global Supply Chain objectives.
- Partner with digital and/or technology teams to automate reporting processes and enhance data compilation and visualization capabilities.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and standardization across reporting solutions by establishing governance, controls, and best practices.
- Drive adoption of analytics tools and reporting solutions through stakeholder engagement, training, and change management support.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across supply chain operations and communicate insights clearly to senior leadership.
- Contribute to the analytics enablement roadmap, including process improvements, automation, and scalability of reporting capabilities.
- Education
:
Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. - Experience and Skills
:
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data‑driven roles with impact in a global organization. - Experience developing executive‑level dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical insights.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Strong cross‑functional partnership in a matrixed environment (strategy, operations, digital teams).
- Preferred:
Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or transformation initiatives in global or regulated environments. - Hands‑on experience with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Familiarity with data governance, standardization, and analytics best practices.
- Experience supporting large‑scale change, transformation, or continuous improvement programs.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Travel:
Up to 10–15%, domestic and occasional international. - Certifications:
Analytics, data, or supply chain certifications preferred but not required. - Base pay range: $ – $
