Sr Mgr Global Security Technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute global security technology strategies and roadmaps, including system modernization and platform optimization.
• Oversee delivery of security technology solutions to ensure projects are on time, in scope, and meet quality and compliance requirements.
• Ensure stability, security, and performance of security technology platforms, including vendor/service provider management.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans to deliver value while controlling cost and risk.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and adoption of best practices across security technology operations and delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in security technologies, with responsibility for complex systems/platforms.
• Proven experience leading technology initiatives in a regulated or enterprise environment.
• Strong stakeholder management; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and operational delivery.
• Solid understanding of technology governance, security, and risk management.

• Experience with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, or large-scale system integrations.
• Demonstrated success driving technology transformation/modernization.
• Strong change-management and communication skills.

• English required; limited travel up to 10–20% (primarily domestic).
